Student Accommodation; dealing with Problem

Student Residence:
                               Student Residence is one basic and acute fact for national and international housing crunch. The overall letting market is failing to meet demand, with limited supplies and high rents. There are many plenty to horror stories about student flats and apartments in cities . Many universities do not provide the adaptation for old and new pupils. In this way , most colleges and universities advise the private flats, this is the bad manners. 

But the poor and bad quality of students lodging, many students are affected by these problems.
They face damp and deficiency of hot water in winter season.
They seriously affect of shelter , causing fever and coughs, chest infections and throat issues.
Another is major issue is that rents are high for poor students so they do not afford the private apartments.
There are many noisy and irresponsible neighbours in hostels.
In sometimes, flats are built in backward areas of country and these flats are far apart from the main city area then students do not feel easy for this housing system.

How to overcome this Problem In Faisalabad:                                                      We must provide the best place students to live in clam and peaceful environment.
The authority should apply the rules and strictness for all students.
The authority should provide the healthy environment for students habituation in Faisalabad and build a beautiful and small hospital in flats for better health of students.
